Conde Nast is Streaming 5 Million Video Views Per Month

Conde Nast, which had organized most of it content to big, themed portals, has created new Web sites for most of its individual titles. This is part of the transition from CondeNet to the new entity Conde Nast Digital, which was announced in January.

Video is a big part and the company is now streaming over 5 million views a month, we have been told.

Last week I interviewed Richard Glosser, Executive VP for Emerging Media, who heads up the online video operations.

Rich explains the new multi-title strategy and his approach to hypersyndication. He explains how the company as integrated the new Brightcove3 platform for video management.

Food, fashion, culture, travel are big areas for the site. Talk about ‘access Hollywood,” check out this insider’s tour of the Vanity Fair Oscar night party. I’ve pasted the Oscar party video below.

Some really good videos up on VanityFair.com.
