QC Central’s QC report template is available for purchase. The report is comprehensive & industry standard. It will be emailed to you as a Microsoft Word Document (.doc) that can also be converted to a Microsoft Excel Document. (.xls) It is completely customizable and reusable. You change it around any way you like; remove inapplicable items, and/or add your own. You can also re size any row or column to fit your needs. (simply place your cursor on any line and drag it larger or smaller.)
